To update your information with us, please follow these steps:

1-For Finance House or CartNet Credit Cardholders;

• Copy of valid Emirates ID (front & back)

2-PayDay clients should provide an Excel File with the following details for each employee;

• Copy of valid Emirates ID (front & back)
• Employee’s Name
• PayDay Card number

Please submit your information either;

• directly at our branches across the UAE, click here to find our locations, or
• through e-mail at: EIDUpdate@fh.ae

Please note that failing to do so, will result in blocking your Card from the following:

• Withdrawal of funds from ATMs
• Conducting Direct Debit Transactions
• Making payments through the Card
