Qualifying Customer:

• This promotion is open only to preselected Finance House Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders/ Cardholder”)
• The cardholders will receive specific communication from Finance House through Email, SMS, WhatsApp (“Campaign Communication”) during the Campaign Period.

Campaign Terms:

• The Campaign is applicable only to preselected targeted Cardholders who receive communication from Finance House through Email, SMS, and WhatsApp during the Campaign Period.
• Cardholders must perform minimum of five (5) transactions over Point of Sale (POS) purchases or Online/Ecom transactions or Contactless transactions completed globally (Local or International) using Finance House Credit Card and achieve a cumulative spends of AED 2,000 to be eligible for the Cashback reward of AED 100.
• Transactions on the Cardholder’s Primary and Supplementary Cards shall be combined and considered as part of the same minimum transactions for the purposes of the cashback reward. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cardholder owning a Primary and Supplementary Cards, and by conducting the minimum transactions through both Cards, shall be eligible for being awarded once on the total minimum transactions of both Cards.

Excluded Categories:

• Finance House and its group of companies’ staff, VIP, VVIP segment customers are excluded from participating in this Campaign.

Excluded Spends:

• The below category of spends are excluded from the qualification as "Eligible spends" and do not count to qualify for the Cashback reward under this Campaign:
• Lottery, Gaming, Remittances, Transaction Reversals, Easy cash, Balance Transfer & Cash Advances.

Cashback Conditions:

• For the eligible and qualified Cardholders of the Campaign, Cashback will be posted to their Cards within forty-five (45) days after the end of the Campaign Period, before 15th June’2025.
• During the time of Cashback posting, Cardholders Card should be in "Active status" without any block on the Card and should not be a delinquent as decided and confirmed by Finance House.

Additional Terms:

• Finance House reserves the right to amend or cancel the Campaign or any part of it with providing Cardholder a prior notification of sixty (60) days.
• The decision of Finance House regarding any aspect of the Campaign shall be final and binding.
• Cardholders agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Finance House, and their directors, managers, employees, agents and contractors from all liabilities incurred in connection with any claim arising from any breach by the Cardholder of these Terms, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Cardholders agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claims.
• Finance House reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the cardholder.
• The cardholder agrees not to settle any matter without the written consent of Finance House.
