Mr. Mohammad Alqubaisi, Chairman of Finance House (pjsc) announced that the company has submitted today its application to the Securities and Commodities Authority for listing of the company's shares.

Abu Dhabi, April 26, 2005 - This follows the completion of the company's incorporation and receipt of formal approval from the concerned authorities, with the objective of bolstering investor confidence, deepening transparency and easing trading activities of the company's shares.

Following the approval from the Securities and Commodities Authority, "Finance House" intends to list its shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Market.

Mr. Alqubaisi also announced that Finance House Net Profit for the period from inception of the company on July 18th, 2004 until March 31st 2005, has reached AED 79.9 million.
